Privacy Policy & Data Sovereignty

Last Updated: 2,10, 2026

1. Our Commitment to Data Integrity

At AstraLink, we recognize that supply chain data is a matter of strategic resilience. We do not merely protect your data; we ensure its sovereignty. We operate a "Non-Adversarial Data Policy," meaning your information is never stored or processed in jurisdictions that pose a threat to intellectual property or national security.

2. Information We Collect (The "Vetting" Process)

To maintain the security of our network, we collect:

  • Professional Identity: Name, Job Title, and LinkedIn profile.

  • Corporate Data: Work email, HQ location, and corporate entity status.

  • Intelligence Requirements: Sourcing concerns and regional dependencies provided during onboarding.

  • Device Metadata: IP addresses and browser fingerprints (used strictly for bot detection and to block unauthorized access from restricted regions).

3. Manual KYB (Know Your Business) Vetting

Every "Request for Access" undergoes a manual KYB review. We use third-party verification tools to ensure that users are not affiliated with state-sponsored entities or organizations listed on international trade restricted lists. We reserve the right to deny access to any entity that fails our "Risk Intelligence" screening.

4. Zero-Data-Selling Policy

AstraLink does not sell, rent, or trade your sourcing data to third parties. Your "Single Points of Failure" and "Diversification Strategies" are yours alone. We use aggregated, anonymized data only to improve our global resilience benchmarks.

5. Secure Infrastructure & Hosting

Our platform is hosted on secure, Western-aligned cloud infrastructure with end-to-end encryption ($AES-256$).

  • Geofencing: We employ strict geofencing to prevent unauthorized data access from high-risk jurisdictions.

  • Encryption in Transit: All data moving between your browser and our servers is secured via $TLS\ 1.3$.

6. International Compliance

We comply with global data protection standards, including:

  • GDPR / CCPA: Standard protections for individual user data.

  • Export Control Alignment: We ensure our data sharing complies with the U.S. export control regulations regarding sensitive supply chain intelligence.
